Instructions for Student Web Printing

  1. Navigate to while connected to the OCC-Student wireless network with one of the following browsers: Internet Explorer, Chrome or FireFox.

    Enter Username and Password, then click on Log in
    - If OCC student, use your student ID and password
    - If Guest, enter 16 digits from back of iROC guest card as username and 1234 as password

  2. Select Web Print (left side of screen) then select Submit a Job

  3. Enter quantity the select Upload Documents


    Uploading Documents
    (The following file types are allowed:  Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, PDF, & Picture Files)
  4. Select Upload from computer to select file then click Upload & Complete to submit print.

  5. Printer locations

         Auburn Hills G Building - Student Center (across from bookstore)

         Highland Lakes WH Building across from the bookstore

         Orchard Ridge J Building – Student Center (across from bookstore)

         Royal Oak B100 – Student Service Lobby (1st floor near Enrollment)

         Southfield A Building – 2nd Floor (within the Student Services Area near Enrollment Services)

  6. Swipe Card at Printer – jobs in queue will automatically print. 


    To cancel any job prior to printing, click on Jobs Pending Release then select cancel.
