Summary
If you are using a Chromebook, you won't be able to find a record button in your Zoom meeting, or if you have set your meetings to auto-record, you are not able to find the recording on your Chromebook.

Issue
Chromebooks do not allow recording within Zoom meetings. If your Zoom meeting is set to automatically record, the recording will not be captured or saved on a Chromebook.
Cause
Zoom only supports cloud recording for Chromebooks (opens in new tab). However, OCC does not currently provide cloud recording services.
Solution
To record your Zoom meetings, you must use a Windows PC or Mac computer to start and host the meeting, as these devices support local recording.
