Students who are traveling or located outside of the United States can request access to Oakland Community College (OCC) systems and resources.
How to Request Out-of-Country Access

Required Information
When submitting your request, include the following information:
- IPv4 Address: Provide a screenshot showing your device’s IPv4 address. To find your IPv4 address, visit What Is My IP Address (opens in new tab) using the device you will use to access OCC resources.
- Country location
- Length of time access is needed
- First name
- Last name
- Contact information
