This article explains how to make videos in a Panopto folder unavailable for viewing by changing the folder's availability settings.

Here's How

1. Sign in to Panopto (opens in a new tab) .

2. Click on your My Folder.

   

3. Click on Add folder to create a new folder. Name the folder Unavailable, then press Enter.

   

4. Open the Unavailable folder.

   

5. Click on the three-dot menu (More options) to open the folder options.

   

6. Click Settings to open the folder settings.

   

7. In the folder settings, locate the Availability section. Click the radio button for never (unless set on the session).
