Connecting to OCC-Guest Wireless with a Chromebook

Instructions

  1. Click on the globe-like icon on the bottom right of the screen, and then click on the blue arrow next to the wireless icon.

  2. Select the OCC-Guest Wireless and click Connect.
    ""
     
  3. After connecting, open Google Chrome and search 1.1.1.1, which will open a registration page for the OCC-Guest wireless.
    ""
     
  4. The webpage will ask you to complete the registration form. You only need to fill out the fields with a * next to it.
    Once completed, select the check box next to I agree to the terms and conditions.
    Click Register
    ""
     
  5. You will either receive your login credentials from the email or the phone number that you provided. Fill in the text boxes with the Username and Password that you received.
    Click Sign On
    ""
     
  6. On the Acceptable Use Policy, click Accept to continue.
    ""
     
  7. You’ll be asked if you want to register the device. Click No, skip registration.
    ""
     
  8. On the welcome message, click Continue.
    ""

To Disconnect from the OCC-Guest Wireless Network

  1. Click on the globe-like icon on the bottom right of the screen, and then click on the blue arrow next to the wireless icon.
     
  2. Select the OCC-Guest Wireless and click Disconnect.

To Forget the OCC-Guest Wireless Network

  1. Click on the globe-like icon on the bottom right of the screen, and then click on the blue arrow next to the wireless icon.
     
  2. Select the OCC-Guest Wireless and click Forget. Then try the above process again.
