Overview
Student enrollment into a D2L course site is an automated process that occurs every day.
What Types of Changes Are Included?
If your enrollment status changes because you register for a course, add or drop a course, or are deregistered from a course, your D2L enrollment status will be automatically updated.
Here's When
Monday through Friday
- If the enrollment changes occur between 6:30 AM and 11:30 AM (M-F), the student's enrollment change will be automatically sent to D2L around 12:15 PM the same day.
- If the enrollment changes occur between 11:30 AM and 3:30 PM (M-F), the student's enrollment change will be automatically sent to D2L around 4:15 PM the same day.
- If the enrollment changes occur after 3:30 PM, the student's enrollment change will be automatically sent to D2L around 7:15 AM the following day.
Saturday
- If the enrollment changes occur before 6:30 AM, the student's enrollment change will be automatically sent to D2L around 7:15 AM the same day.
- If the enrollment changes occur after 6:30 AM, the student's enrollment change will be automatically sent to D2L around 2:15 PM on Sunday.
Sunday
- If the enrollment changes occur before 1:30 PM, the student's enrollment change will be automatically sent to D2L around 2:15 PM the same day.
- If the enrollment changes occur after 1:30 PM, the student's enrollment change will be automatically sent to D2L around 7:15 AM on Monday.
Still Don't See Your Course?
If you recently registered for a course, please allow the appropriate amount of time for the next scheduled update before expecting the course to appear in D2L.
