Viewing Print Counts In Papercut

Instructions

1. Navigate to http://itg-itcpc:9191/user in your browser to bring up the Papercut login screen
   *NOTE* You must be signed into a OCC device to access this site.

2. Click the arrow icon in the bottom right of your desktop to show additional icons
   *NOTE* You must be signed into a OCC device to access this site.
   
    
3. Right click the green P icon (displays PaperCut MF Client when hovered over the icon) and select Details to bring up the PaperCut login screen
   
    
4. Enter your OCC username (without the @student.oaklandcc.edu) and Password.
   Click Log in
   
   
   Upon signing in, you will be shown a summary of all prints and pages that have been sent through PaperCut.
    
5. To view your prints from the current semester, select Recent Print Jobs on the left sidebar.
   
    
6. Click Filter on and set the start date to the beginning of the semester.
   
   
   Add up all pages printed since the start to get your current total. Subtract this from 100 to get the remaining prints.
   100 – (Total prints this semester) = Remaining prints

​​​​*NOTE* This screen shows all print jobs, whether they were printed or not. Any jobs with the status “Cancelled” will not count towards the free printing.
