Issue
Users Cannot View D2L TechSmith Knowmia Videos
When using the Safari browser, an error results when you attempt to view a TechSmith Knowmia video linked or embedded in a D2L course site. The result is the video is unable to be viewed.
Note: TechSmith Knowmia is aware of this issue.
Workaround
Switch to the Google Chrome web browser to view the content.
