What this service does:

There is a self-service way to reset your password when you've forgotten it. The password reset button can be accessed from MyOCC. Once the Password Reset option is selected, you will be prompted for your Last Name and SSN or Colleague ID/Student ID to validate your identity.  You will then be prompted to select from a drop down list which personal email on file to receive the temporary password (there may be more than one personal email address on file).  An error message will occur if there is no non OCC email address on file.

Student, Faculty and Staff

How to Get This Service

To use this service a non OCC email address is required.  Be sure to register your personal email address by logging into MyOCC, select the Student or Employee menu then Change/Add Email link.

If you have forgotten your password, you can then reset it yourself by going to Reset my password.

If you are unable to reset your password:

Students can contact the Enrollment Services office @ 248.341.2280 during these hours:

Monday - Thursday, 8:00am - 6:00pm

Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

College employees can contact the Information Technologies Support Center for assistance with resetting a password.
