Zoom Support is available 24/7 for licensed users (OCC faculty and staff) who are experiencing issues with Zoom.
Here's How
Live Chat
OCC faculty and staff with an OCC Zoom account may contact Zoom Support using the Help widget on the Zoom Support website.
- Go to the Zoom Support site (opens in a new tab).
- In the bottom-right corner of your browser, select the blue chat icon.
- Enter a description of your issue in the search box.
Note:
After entering your issue, you can choose to review Zoom support articles or start a live chat with Support. If you choose to chat, Zoom will authenticate your licensed account by prompting you for your OCC employee email address and your Zoom host key.
Your host key can be found on your Zoom profile page (opens in a new tab).
Phone Support
Zoom Support can be reached at 888.799.9666, then select option 2. A live representative will assist you with your issue.
Submitting a Ticket
You can submit a support request using the Zoom help request form (opens in a new tab). This form creates a ticket and allows you to communicate with Zoom Support via email.
