Zoom Support is available 24x7 for licensed users (OCC faculty and staff) experiencing issues with Zoom.
Here's How
Live Chat
OCC faculty and staff who have an OCC Zoom account, may contact Zoom Support using the Help widget on the Zoom Support site.
- Go to the Zoom support site.
- In the bottom right of your browser, click the blue bubble with the chat icon.
- Describe the issue you are having in the search box.
You will be prompted to input your issue, at which point you can select to review Zoom's support articles or chat with Support. If you choose to chat with support, Zoom will authenticate your licensed account by prompting you for your OCC employee email address, and your Zoom host key which can be found on your
Zoom Profile page.

Submitting a Ticket
Zoom has a help request form which will create a ticket and allow you to communicate with zoom support through email.
