What this service does:

Supplies general information on how to reset your college password.

Who can request it?

Employees & Students of Oakland Community College (OCC).

How do I get this service?

There are different ways to reset your password.

• Go to Okta Sign In at https://oaklandcc.okta.com and type in your Username, then select Next. Select Forgot Password? then follow the prompts to reset

If you are unable to reset your password:

• Students can contact the Student Technical Help Desk at 248.341.2300 for assistance with resetting a password
• College employees can contact the Information Technologies Support Center for assistance with resetting a password
