Supplies general information on how to reset your college password.
Who can request it?
Employees & Students of Oakland Community College (OCC).
How do I get this service?
There are different ways to reset your password.
If you know your password:
- Go to MyOCC, sign in, click on your user name towards the upper right then select Change Password
If you don't know your password:
- Go to MyOCC, select "What's my password?" from the MyOCC Sign In page, then select "Show my password hint" or
- If you have previously added a Secondary Email address, select "What's my password?" from the MyOCC Sign In page, then select "Reset my password".
If you are unable to reset your password:
- Students can contact the Enrollment Services department at 248-341-2280 for assistance with resetting a password
- College employees can contact the Information Technologies Support Center for assistance with resetting a password
