Self-Service Password Reset

What this service does:

There is a self-service way to reset your password when you've forgotten it. The password reset button can be accessed from the MyOCC Sign In page. Once the Password Reset option is selected, you will be prompted for your Last Name and SSN or Colleague ID/Student ID to validate your identity.  You will then be prompted to select from a drop down list which personal email on file to receive the temporary password (there may be more than one personal email address on file).  An error message will occur if there is no non OCC email address on file.

Who can use this service?

Student, Faculty and Staff

How to Get This Service

To use this service a non OCC email address is required.  Be sure to register your personal email address by logging into MyOCC, click on your account name near the top right, select the "User Profile" option, scroll down to the Email section to view your emails and either click on the + Add New Email option or select the edit option to update your existing non OCC email.

If you ever forget your password, you can then reset it yourself by going to the MyOCC Sign In page, select "What's my password?", then select "Reset my password"
