What this service does:

There is a self-service way to reset your password when you've forgotten it by accessing the Okta Sign In page. Enter your MyOCC Username and select Next.  Select Forgot password? and follow the prompts to reset. 
If you do not know your Username, select What's my username? on the main screen, you will be prompted for your Last Name, Colleague ID/Student ID or an E-mail Address to validate your identity.  You will then see your username confirmed and have an option to reset your password.

Student, Faculty and Staff

How to Get This Service

You can reset a password by going to the Okta Sign In page.

If you are unable to reset your password:

Students can contact the Student Technical Help Desk @ 248.341.2300 for assistance with resetting a password

College employees can contact the Information Technologies Support Center for assistance with resetting a password.
