You may experience technical issues when using D2L. Contact the D2L Student Helpdesk for assistance with D2L system issues. If you have questions about your course content and grades, contact your instructor.

Technical Support 

Contact the D2L Student Technical Helpdesk if you are a student and experiencing issues or have questions relating to using D2L tools. Help is available 24 by 7 by phone so you may call any time of the day or night.

Students may also submit a request to D2L Technical Support for assistance by logging into D2L and selecting the Submit a Request link found in the Support widget.

Note: Have your Student ID number ready for D2L Technical Support to verify your identity.

*Faculty who require assistance with D2L should refer to the Faculty Support widget found on the My Home page after logging into D2L.

Course Materials and Course Content

When you have questions about your course content and grades, contact your instructor for assistance. Refer to the course syllabus for instructor information.

*The D2L Student Technical Helpdesk is unable to provide assistance with your course and book materials including publisher content. Your instructor will have the support information for your publisher materials or book issues.

OCC Password Reset

To log into D2L, use your OCC username and password.
