Panopto provides 24/7 end-user support at 855.765.2341.
Panopto Support Portal
Access the Panopto Support Portal (opens in new tab) to view additional support options.
Option 1: Sign In from Web Browser
- Navigate to the Panopto Support Portal (opens in new tab), enter your OCC email address, and select Next.

- Select Sign in to continue.

- Select OCC Student and Faculty Login.
Note: If you are already signed in to D2L, you may be logged in automatically.

- Enter your OCC username and select Next.

- Enter your OCC password and select Verify.

Option 2: Access from Panopto
You can also open the support portal from within Panopto.
- Select the Help option in the top-right corner of the Panopto interface.
- Select More Ways to Contact Support to open the support portal.

Additional Support Options
Live Chat
After signing in to the Panopto Support Portal (opens in new tab), select Live Chat to connect with a support agent.

Submit an Online Support Request
Submit a support request through the support portal by completing the form.
- Select More Ways to Contact Support.

- Select Submit an online support request.

- Enter the required information, including Subject, Description, and either a video link or title. Provide steps to reproduce the issue, then select Submit.
