Student Software Remote Access - MAC

1. Download the latest VM Horizon Client at URL: https://customerconnect.omnissa.com/downloads/info/slug/desktop_end_user_computing/vmware_horizon_clients/horizon_8
    
2. Under VMware Horizon Clients for MAC
   Click Go To Downloads
   
   
3. Click Allow
   
   
    
4. Click Show Downloads icon
   
   
    
5. Double Click on File Name
   
   
    
6. Click Agree
   
   
    
7. Drag VMware Horizon Client to Applications
   
   
    
8. Double click VMware Horizon Client icon
   
   
    
9. Click Open
   
   
    
10. Click Continue
    
    
     
11. Enter your MAC credentials, User Name and Password
    Click OK
    
    
     
12. Double click New Server
    
    
     
13. Type apps.oaklandcc.edu for the name of the Connection Server
    Click Connect
    
    
     
14. Click Accept
    
    
     
15. Enter your OCC Username and Password
    Click Login

16. Click Allow
    
    
     
17. Double click App icon to start application
    
    *Note - Make sure to insert flash drive into physical machine before starting VDI machine or App

In order to use the Adobe XD application, it will need to be installed after logging into your virtual session. Follow the instructions for Adobe XD Access 

**NOTE - Earlier versions of OS X will only work if compatible versions of the VMware Horizon Client for Mac are installed. OCC only provides the latest version of the VMware Horizon Client software.
