Adding Preferred Pronouns

Overview

Students, faculty, and staff have the option to indicate their preferred pronouns in their D2L user profiles. D2L user profiles are visible to anyone who is enrolled in a D2L course sites with others including students, faculty, SIs, and tutors.

Here's How

To add your preferred pronouns to your D2L profile, follow these steps:

1. Sign into D2L.
    
2. Select your user profile in the top right of your homepage.
   
3. Select Account Settings.
   
4. Within the Account Settings tab, select the check box for Allow others to see my pronouns.
   
5. Select the radio button, Use different pronouns.
   
6. Enter the desired pronouns into the text box.
   
7. Select Save and Close in the bottom of the D2L window.
