Contacting Panopto Support

Overview

OCC faculty, staff, and students experiencing issues with Panopto can contact Panopto's Support in a variety of ways.

Email

You may contact Panopto support by sending an email to support@panopto.com.

Call

Panopto has 24/7 end user support and can be reached at 855.765.2341.

Panopto Support Portal

Option 1

You may navigate to the Panopto Support Portal for more ways to contact support.

  1.  Navigate to Panopto Support Portal, enter your Oakland Community College e-mail address, and select Next.

  2. Select the Sign in button to to continue.

  3. Enter your OCC Username and Password and click Log In.

    Users who have already authenticated with D2L will not need to re-authenticate and will be taken to the Panopto Support Portal dashboard instead.

Option 2

From within the OCC Panopto web portal, users can also access the Panopto Support Portal.

More Ways to Contact Support

Live Chat

Submit an Online Support Request

Once signed into the Panopto Support Portal, users can also submit an online support request.

  1. Click on More Ways to Contact Support

  2. Click on the Submit an online support request button.

  3. Enter the Subject, Description, Panopto video link or Title and Steps to Reproduce the issue. Click Submit once completed.
