D2L - New Login Experience

Overview

Starting Summer 2023, the D2L login process will change slightly. You will now select the green OCC Student and Faculty Login button to bring up the screen into which you will enter your OCC username and password.

Note: Not all instructors use D2L, contact your instructor if you are unsure.

What will change?

The D2L username and password fields will be removed from the D2L landing page.

D2L login page username and password fields are crossed out, indicating not to use them any longer.

Look for the Login button!

  1. Look for and click the OCC Student and Faculty Login button.

  1. In the resulting login screen, input your MyOCC user name and password, then select Sign in to log into D2L.

Navigating My Home, Settings and Course Home
After you log into D2L, you'll find yourself on the D2L My Home page. Found at the top of D2L's My Home page is the Minibar. It contains the tools to help you navigate the D2L system or search for your D2L courses, as well as update your D2L profile, notifications and account settings.
