Installing Zoom

Overview

To participate in a Zoom meeting, you must have the Zoom software installed. You can install the software before joining a meeting or when you join a meeting for the first time on a specific computer.

Install Zoom

  1. Go to Zoom Download Center (opens in new tab).
  2. Select Download under the Zoom Workplace desktop app.
  3. Navigate to the location where the file was downloaded, then double-click the file to launch the installer.
  4. Wait for Zoom to install.

Note: When the installation is complete, Zoom will open a new window.
