Course Information

I do not see my courses in D2L. What should I do?

Did you complete your registration?

Did you register today?
  • Yes: Wait one business day for your enrollment to appear in D2L.
  • No: If it has been at least one day:
    • Check the course section dates.
    • The course appears in D2L 7 days before the MyOCC start date.
    • The course is removed from D2L 10 days after the MyOCC end date.
How do I view my class schedule?
  1. Log in to your MyOCC account (opens in a new tab).
  2. Select Student Planning.
  3. Your current semester schedule appears in calendar view.
  4. Select Go to Plan & Schedule to view another semester.
  5. Use the arrows to select a term.
  6. Registered and planned sections appear on the left. The calendar appears on the right. Note: Planned sections are not registered until you select Register.
  7. Select Meeting Information to view class details.

How do I know if my course is available in D2L?

Courses for Fall, Winter, and Summer semesters are available in D2L. Contact your instructor if you have questions about your course.

Who do I contact about course materials or assignments?

Contact your instructor for questions about course content, materials, or due dates.

How do I learn to use D2L?

General Information

What does the “No login” error mean?

This message indicates your session ended due to inactivity. OCC’s D2L system logs users out after 180 minutes (3 hours) of inactivity.

To continue, you must log in to D2L again (opens in a new tab).

Note: Unsaved work is lost when your session times out.
